Genealogies

When I first started playing Creatures 2 I was dissatisfied with the way that family history was tracked. I wanted a record that was accessible outside of the game and allowed me to add additional information. Then I remembered the genealogy program that I had used to post my husband's family genealogy. It became even more useful after the game crashed the first time.

In this section I offer you the opportunity to see the genealogy of the Creatures you have just adopted or are thinking of adopting. It also allows you to download Norns that I did not post on my other adoption pages. After all, tastes do differ and a Norn that I thought was not as special as the others might be just the Norn you were looking for. Finally, it gives me a place to make my creatures immortal.

Affie

The Family of Affie

Affie was my first Norn to successfully breed. She was an updated first generation Norn. Most of the early Norns are represented only by name, but the later ones include pictures and .EXP files. This genealogy contains Norns of CyberLife's updated genome, Washu, Mernorn and Scorpio Norn Genomes. As interbreeding was encouraged, most are of mixed genome.

Grieselda

The Family of Grieselda

Grieselda, was a Norn Grendel Splice. She had reproductive organs but did not produce the required hormones to breed on her own. When impregnated using the Inseminator COB she did successfully produce eggs, which had a 66% survival rate, and many breedable offspring. All creatures offered for download from this genealogy are independently breedable unless indicated otherwise. Most are a Norn-Grendel hybrid, but Norn-Ettin and Norn-Grendel-Ettin individuals are also present. This genealogy also references individuals from The Family of Affie, but you will need to go to that genealogy to see the full list of their Norn ancestors and descendants.

Arthur

The Family of Arthur

Arthur is my Cyber Norn who lives in my Adoption Center. He is an Akami Canny norn and has had many descendants in my Albia where he lived for over 10 hours. The Norns shown on my Akami Canny norn page are the ones who survived the best on their own. The ones listed here include those, as well as some much more visually apealing individuals.
