Some pointers for setting up these things.  

Perhaps so we won't have to call the elders in?  Now that I think about it, this may not be a good thing.  I am sure I have left out a few details so we can still learn from the wise old ones.  Please feel free to consult with the guys that have been around for a while,  they have more practical experience than I could record here.
